• PKI-SSL (CAC-enabled) web application designed to allow only authorized users (e.g. TCO or IMO) to submit and track service requests via the site’s intranet/NIPRNET
• TMS user reviews the service request and either accepts it (without re-keying) or rejects it (with a brief explanation to the originator)
• Optional ODBC connection can retrieve circuit data from TMS to populate the service request prior to submission to help users validate information
• Service request data is further validated through a comparison to Plant Records/Cable Records data upon request acceptance by authorized TMS users (e.g. TSCO or COR).
• Submitter can check status of service request
• Status is updated automatically as the request is processed to completion though the Telephone Service Requests/Trouble Calls module
• Submitter can correct and resubmit rejected requests
