The Routine Maintenance Work Orders module creates and tracks work orders for preventative maintenance and other recurring tasks.

Features:

  • Generates, logs, and tracks work orders for regular, scheduled tasks such as preventative maintenance.
  • Routine maintenance includes inspection of aerial poles, pumping of manholes, inspection of MDF cable entry/exit points, and any user-defined maintenance group and items.
  • Automatically or manually generates work orders.
  • Stores historical data on work done, changes made, and charges/costs involved.
  • Supports for up to 99 line items (including CLINs and expendables) per work order.
